Error code 100


We had our vm hd box recabled yesterday and was working but now it is not working.. Error code 100 is displaying on the box...

Have tried all the usual things...

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 


I'm sorry to hear you are still having an issue with your TV Service even after an engineer has visited. 


It's possible there may have been an area fault. How are things looking since you last posted? 


I've checked the stats at this end and things are looking fine. Power levels, SNR levels and area are all looking good. 


If you are still having an issue let me know so we can investigate further for you.
