you'll probably never get an answer to "why" but a phone call to report a fault usually leads to them quickly clearing it.
them do the automated test thing then try again after 10 mins as per the 'bot who takes the call.
AFAIk you cannot clear it yourself via powercycling etc.

It's showing me that the box isn't paired properly so I have sent a signal to the box.
If you could reboot by the mains and let me know whether you're still seeing any error messages please.
