Error 7400

Hi!
I just installed my TiVo box,but all i can access are the freeview channels only.I have the same message like everyone else here,with the error code 7400.
Please help me find a solution,i just cant wait to try my new tvSmiley Happy

Hi gyurikaadam,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo® box.

 

I've sent a signal hit through to your box to try and resolve the issue. Can you try rebooting the box for me? Just switch it off at the mains, leave it off for about a minute, then switch it back on.

Hi

I'm also getting this error on a new TiVO box setup. I have 2 TiVO boxes but only one is giving me this error and only showing Freeview channels in the guide. The other box is working as expected and listing all subscribed channels.

I thought I'd ask here before phoning.

Any assistance would be most grateful.

I have located your account and sent some hits to the box so if you're still experiencing missing channels could you reboot the box by the mains and let me know if there's any change please,
