Had a guy come from virgin to set up the box, when he was trying to activate via phone it was just stuck on connection settings, the guy gave up and said we would need a engineer! now over a week wait for someone to come round.
Error 7011 keeps coming up
So we have no internet or tv as we have no normal aerial!!
And have you phoned in a fault to 150 or 0345 454 1111?
