Error 41

I have just switched my second box on and I keep getting error 41 and it just keeps turning off and rebooting

I've had a little look at your account and I can see you had a technician booked, then cancelled. Is everything working OK now?

Hi no not at the moment I had to cancel as I got a call to go to work I need to reschedule if that's OK thanks
