Error 401

I keep getting on demand unavailable error code 401 it's really frustrating cos it's not on all of the box sets episodes . It's for the walking dead I've phoned up and they said it would get sorted in the next few couple of days wich was 5 days ago

Hi. I'm getting this message on demand movies but not all of them.
I've run a diagnostic check and it doesn't show any errors.

Welcome to the Community, we usually ask you to create your own thread for us to take a closer look at this but I'd like to help as soon as possible.

 

This error is usually related to individual content so let me know what programs/channels you're having trouble viewing. Are you seeing this issue at certain times of the day or does it happen every time? Lastly, how long have you been experiencing this issue?
