Error 319 is the bane of my life, on demand on Virgin is so poor and very rarely works, I would say since we got it installed in June last year we have managed to watch someone on demand 3 or 4 times.
It is embarrassing that this cannot be sorted as it is clear the errors have been there for a very long time.

I'm sorry to read you are having an issue with On Demand. I can imagine how annoying this must be.
From checking this, there has been a fault reported with a reference number of F005219120 and has a review date of 14th April.
I will check this on the day and let you know any further updates.

I've checked the fault ticket and this has now been closed as resolved.
Have you noticed an improvement with On Demand at all? Or are you still having the same issue?
