I joined Virgin just a few weeks ago and the Error 319 has been present since that date. I have never experienced this type of error with Sky. It has improved with less Sky Films being affected. When will be eradicated. There were two films I tried to watch today but alas the error was presented. Is this a normal issue with Virgin Media? Thanks for anyone who can shed some light on this issue.
This is a known issue where some Sky content will display the error code 319, we're working to get this fixed so I can only apologise for any inconvenience this is causing at the moment but we hope it's resolved very soon.
Virgin have been trying to fix this since the day I joined, ??? That was in November !!! If you cannot provide a service that is as described in the contract then the contract is worthless. discracefull service from day 1
