Error 319

Yet again having problems with on demand every time someone gets sent out to fix it, I've had the box changed & all connections and still on demand only works when it wants to absolutely useless

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue with your On Demand service. 

 

I've taken a look at your account and can see that your input levels are a little out and there is a very high number of timeouts. Your power levels could also do with a tad adjustment. 

 

Looking at your previous visits, I can see that it hasn't been very long since your last visit. Rather than booking an engineer, I would like to arrange for a Senior Technician to come back and take a look at everything.
