I've taken a look at your account and can see that your input levels are a little out and there is a very high number of timeouts. Your power levels could also do with a tad adjustment.
Looking at your previous visits, I can see that it hasn't been very long since your last visit. Rather than booking an engineer, I would like to arrange for a Senior Technician to come back and take a look at everything.
