I keep getting error 319; and saying check again but on demand is not working. I have reset the box. Thanks

Hi engineer came out and said it could be an error with the show I was watching as everything else on my box was working?? He said if I find other on demand shows are not working to get back in touch. The show that I get the error on is return to Amish. Thanks luz

Hi Liz,

 

Thanks for the response!

 

I'd like to try updating the TiVo®. To do this just press Home on the remote control then select Help and Settings, Settings, Network then Connect to Virgin Media TV services. Once you've done that, leave the box for about an hour to fully update, then try playing the program again.
