Error 319

Hello

I've had error code 319 for actor install two weeks now, which prevent any on demand service.

When I run a test via the Service Status it just says "we're working on it, leave it 10 mins and try again".

Can someone help please?

I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service recently.
