Error 3043

Hi there, upgraded my tv package yesterday and now my second v+ in the bedroom has given me error code 3043. It wont show any subscription channels. Its been turned off at mains for a few days.

 

Tivo in the living room works fine, as did the v+ the last time it was used on Thursday.

 

Can you help? Thanks.
