Error 3014

Says card expired and smartcard invalid. Ref 3014
This is on my multiroom box
Please help asap

Hi there Seanbwfc87, 

 

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums, and say I'm really sorry to hear that your multiroom box is showing this issue. 

 

I've run some tests on this and I am seeing some issues which would cause this, the box is struggling to maintain a network connection, so I'd first of all have to ask you to power off the box for about a minute, then power it back on, once this has been done please let me know so I can check again.

I've now sent some signals to reactivate the card for you. These can take up to 24 hours to take affect, however most of the time, it does happen a lot quicker. 

 

Please let me know how it goes.
