I'm sorry to hear you're getting a Smart Card invalid error 3008. This usually happens if the box hasn't been switched on for a while and it loses connection to our service.
I've managed to locate your account to run some tests. I've sent the relevant signals down the line to get the box updated. Please restart the TV box. Is this now working?
