Error 3008 - any help please

Hi,
Please can someone help.... I have turned my v+hd box on this morning and found the error 3008 message on my screen (cue unhappy toddler with no peppa pig), I've cleaned the smart card and rebooted the box and still no joy..... can anyone help me please?

Sorry to hear you were experiencing this error while trying to use your V+ box and I would like to welcome you to the community.

 

I would like to take a look into this for you but I'll need to gain access to your account so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you requesting further details.
