Error 2001 on V+ box

For the last few days have had error code ref 2001, unable to access V+ or rewind/fast forward anything.  I have rebooted the box several times, but error still remains.  Any advice on anything that can be done this end?  Tried ringing and going around in circles, its all automated and cant speak to anyone, poor service !

More than likely a hard disk problem, which will result in box replacement.

You can use online chat as an alternative (via the contact us link at the bottom of the page), or wait for a response from the Forum Team here which can take several days.
