Equipment return packaging

I cancelled my TV package at the end of March 2017 and have been advised that i will need to return my Tivo box within 30 days or be charged. To date the free return packaging hasn't arrived.

I wanted to email for an update but the VM help pages are designed to avoid contact with customer service. I noticed fellow customers are getting a response on here without the expense of a call (no home phone).

Please can you help?

I have the same problem. Cancelled mine last month and was advised the same but nothing has turned up here either.  I am worried I'll be charged.
