Equipment return packaging not received

Hello,

I have just had my account deactivated yesterday, but I have no packaging to put the equipment in. As there is a 30 day time limit set on doing a return, obviously I should have the packaging immediately or I can fail to meet Virgin Medias deadline due to their error. On googling for this, I found many threads on here reporting the issue and getting help. So hoping someone can help me too?

I have hopefully solved it. I went to http://www.virginmedia.com/contact-us.html then Something else, then make a complaint - broadband, TV and home phone services and found a chat link to talk to them directly. The person there arranged it.

Putting this info here just in case anyone else googles and finds this as the answer since Virgin are pretty poor at getting packaging out to you. I was told they hadn't even raised a request to get it sent. Pretty sure they would have been happy to charge me for not returning it on time though...

Oh yes, they would have happily charged you, even as a result of their mistakes;
