Been having problems with one of our TiVo boxes picture freezing, pixelating on HD channels have reset several times and still occurs. Have spent an hour trying to find the link to book an engineer Anyone help please
Cheers the number I used took me through options said run a test we will reset and please hang up. I have done that numerous times. Novell customer service, for the money I pay I would have thought it would be easy to talk to someone!
