Engineer required Urgently.

I really need an engineer to attend ASAP to replace the main lead from the outside into my home as I have no TV and the broadband goes off intermittently.  I cannot get through to speak to anyone at Virgin, this is why I am coming through here.  Thank you.

It'll still be a few days for a response here.

They are open until midnight, so if it's busy, you may have better luck later in the evening.
