I am moving home and want to take Virgin with me but it is not available at my new address . So I am being charged £200 for leaving. Seems a bit off. I have been a Virgin customer since 2005. Anyone have any tips on getting out of this charge. Thanks.
if you are out of contract having been a customer since 2005 then only the 30 day notice should apply. however if you have added things or made any changes in the past year a new 12 month contract starts. unlikely to get out of it as it is a legal contract. regardless of the reasons for leaving or that virgin is not available at a new location.
