ERROR C130

Hi all,
Tivo has started giving me grief about error c130 and how the ethernet cable is unplugged n stuff....
No issues coincide with the issues facing on website.
Rang virgin earlier regarding internet keep dropping as i had to last month and month before that and the month before that (but im getting nowhere with that) . Got cut off. They didnt call me back like they used too. Now got tv issues.
Its getting beyond a joke.
Need this sorting now. Paying too much money for jack all atm.
Any advice appreciated from folk who have had the same issue. Cheers
