DVR Serious Problem

3rd Day now, and getting a green screen. 
3rd day I've called customer service, total over an hour on my mobile. As guess what, the phone line doesn't work either.

Finally got through to someone, explained my problem, and told her to just cancel my television plan. 
And she's hung up and I'm back on Robbie ***ing williams loving his life. He clearly has BT or Sky. 

Why can't i just cancel my tv channels on the website? 

I bet if I wanted to add channels, I wouldn't have been kept on hold for so long. 

Utterly shocking service.
