I'm not currently a virgin customer however some builders accidentally cut through the cable today whilst digging up my drive to lay a new one. I just wondered what will happen if I decide I want cable in the future? Is it worth trying to get this fixed now before my new drive is laid or would the engineers be able to get around this if I decide to have it in the future? I obviously wouldn't want my drive digging up again!
If the cable has been cut then a repull of the drop from the local cabinet will be required if you ever became a customer (VM wont do this unless you have actually signed up for services). I would advise putting in trunking from the swept tee at your boundry under the driveway, & installing a pull rope, as not doing so could leave you unserviceable.
