Could a moderator please help

Trying to get rid of parts of virgin media mainly  tv and landline and just have broadband only for the moment as you are unable to solve the problems in area 31. But asking this from customer services seems impossible but its not impossible for you to hike your prices even in a area that is oversubscribed cant even watch telly tonight as its so pixilated probably due to broadband running at 8mb despite paying for 150mb . So please rather than sitting around praising virgin media how about helping paying customers get a service they have been promised .

Pixelation on linear TV streams on cable is not the result of overutilisation issues. This is more likely to be due to signal level issues.

Downgrading of services can only be done over the phone or via online chat, as DPA checks have to be performed.

Sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment, I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you.

 

We're not detecting any issues that would cause your TV channels to pixelate at the moment though, have you noticed this issue occur again at all? Or on any channels/time in particular?

 

Sorry for all the questions, we want to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible.
