Connetion

Hi 

Nothing but problems since joining Virgin from SKY 2 weeks ago.

Continuous break down of service, TV, Broadband, Phone,

Even trying to access help on Virgin website my login details are not recognised.

Im beginning to regret choosing Virgin, has anyone experienced similar problems?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your services. I can understand how frustrating this can be, especially as a new customer.

There's an issue in your area currently which is causing the intermittent TV and broadband (ref.F004641457). The phoneline shouldn't be affected.

Are you still getting issues with the phone line?
