Good afternoon, I am moving home across the road and had VM services for 9 years and had my installation Date last week cancelled due to a Congested Duct problem. I called various times the Construction Team and wasn't give any timeframe how long it would take to resolve this issue nor any contact person who would look into the issue. I am moving into my new home in 4 weeks and would like to continue using VM's servives. Any advise ? Thanks!
