Compensation !!

Oh my Gosh the anger I feel right now! After spending 30 minutes on the phone trying to sort the problem with my TV signal ? Box? God knows?! I had to book an engineer to come on Monday. I asked for compensation for the service that I'm not receiving for the next 3 days ( also for the bloody 30 minutes of my life that I wasted on the phone) only to be told that they will compensate just over £2 for the incovineince and three days without the channels that I like to watch. 

I pay near £100 per month! 

Guess what I'm going to LEAVE !

It's Saturday and you're getting an engineer on Monday. That, for me, is a good lead time for a residential service.

Compensation, how much would you expect for three days lost service of TV which is presumably one of the three services you have? I presume your landline and broadband are working so you can't use £100 per month as your starting point.
