Colors TV Transmission is gibberish for several days/weeks now

Colors TV (channel 826) transmission has been gibberish for the last several days/weeks now. All my planned recordings are blank due to this gibberish transmission. How can I get this fixed? Thanks

Check your service status via My Virgin Media, if no fault is reported, then you'll have to phone 150 and report a fault

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment. 

 

I've had a check of our TV and we're receiving Colors TV without a problem, so I've located your account to test your individual connection.
