Cisco tivo receiver.

Hey Virgin is their a reason why my tivo receiver has switched it's self off standbye twice this week? When I've woke in the mornings it's been off standbye ๐Ÿ˜•.
It's done it Saturday morning and this morning ๐Ÿ˜•.
Any particular reason? Can you do a health check on my receiver? ๐Ÿ˜Š

It's hard to say why this has happened there may of been updates that caused it but have you been experiencing any other problems with your TiVoยฎ or has it still continued to take itself out of standby since your post?

I have been able to locate your account and everything looks fine this side so just let me know if you're experiencing any other issues.

I did speak to virgin tech team about this.
