Charged for something i didnt purchase

Hi,

 

I have just checked my bill for last month  and i can see i have been charged for something i did not purchase.

 

Please can someone assist me with this matter and reimburse me with the cost.

All billing matters have to be dealt with by phone, the forum staff cannot access this info due to the DPA
