Firstly can you watch any channels that are XL-specific? Try viewing Nat Geo Wild (264 I think) to see whether you have the XL package or not.
If you can view this but not the OnDemand section, firstly I'd try a box reboot.(http://tinyurl.com/pkt2pyb if you have a V-HD or V+ box, or http://tinyurl.com/qbuk6n4 for a TiVo box)
If these fail to resolve, you're best off either calling into faults-CS or waiting for a forum team member to respond. This may take a few days depending on workload, so if urgent I'd best call in)

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble viewing some On Demand programmes. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I have carried out some checks with the box and all looks great with the signal and power levels. all is setup fine from here so you should be able to access all content relative to your package.
