Charged For On Demand Movie I Didn't Want

I've been charged for an On Demand movie that I didn't want and haven't watched. I was looking through the movies available, clicking on titles to find out more details. I clicked on the title in question and nothing happened, so I clicked on it again. Nothing happened for about 45 seconds then the page suddenly changed and the film started playing. I frantically pressed the stop button several times before it eventually stopped playing. Now I find I've purchased the damn film for £9.99.

I didn't intend to purchase it and I don't want to watch it.
