Channels

Hi I'm new to virgin I've been looking at my channels and it seems to me I'm missing some free view ones like food network and travel. I only have the very basic package but surly I should have all the free view ones? Of anyone could help that would be great thank you

Re: Channels

Go here

http://www.virginmedia.com/shop/bundles/player-bundle.html

Change the drop down above channels to select "all" and that will show you what channels are in your bundle currently.

VM is a totally separate system to Freeview so there will be anomalies.

Re: Channels

All TV platforms are different, including the "free" offerings. There is a cost involved for the channel owner for every platform they join. Also on pay TV platforms, channels can choose to go onto a higher tier pack in return for a cut of that packs subscription income, as Food Network & Travel Channel have chosen to on Virgin.
