Channels not working - error code 3202

Hi, it seems a lot of the channels on my second box (v+hd box) has the message 'sorry this channel isn't available right now' and has a ref 3203 or 3202. What does this mean?

Signal issue is most likely. Give faults a call.

I'm sorry that you've been having some channel issues here and would love to know how you got on when calling in on 150/ 0345 454 1111? 

 

I've been able to test the connection and have seen a few issues, if not already arranged for an engineer, I would like to assist.

An engineer came on Thursday 07/01/16 and said they couldn't see any issues.
