Hi press HOME, HELP & SETTINGS, scroll right NETWORK, right again then RECONNECT TO THE VIRGIN MEDIA NETWORK, this will take about 40 minutes, you can scroll left and continue to watch live TV. Regards Micky

I've taken a look at the box from our end and we're not detecting any errors, I hope that means that things are working as they should now? If not, have you been able to try the suggestion from LittleMick?
