Channels missing on v+ box,error code 1022

Had it installed on 23rd Jan and get all channels downstairs on tivo box but missing loads of channels upstairs on the v+ box,can't access tv care menu to try and work it out myself.

Simple answer. Call faults. The box is rented, so if it is faulty it will be replaced. Could be a fault with the coax feed, but more likely the box.

Thanks for getting in touch and I'm very sorry to learn about the problems with your V+ box at the moment. 

 

I've been able to take a closer look at the box and run some tests from our end, we're not detecting any issues at the moment though. Are you able to reboot the set top box after reading this message so I can re-run some of the tests?
