I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to watch the box set you ordered. I would like to carry out some checks with you to find out what happened.
* Can you please let me know what the name of the box set was?
* Also was there an error code number apart of the error message you received?
I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and all looks great with the signal and power levels at present. If you can let mek now the details of the box set you ordered I will be happy to help further.
