Quick start assumes that if there was a previous customer at the address everything will be in place. You need to ring up & get a manned installation booked. You should be able to do this via the quickstart helpline number you have been given.

I'm sorry to hear about the predicament with wall outlet, I can see you've had some advice from nodrogd which is correct. As you have not got a socket installed I would like to get this sorted for you.
