Changing package

Why can I not change my package on line?

There is a link for it on myvirginmedia but when you click it you get a " You cannot change your package online - phone 0345xxxxx" message.

It has been like this for years, if this functionality doesn't exist why put the link in?

Hi micktheknife,
Thanks for your post and and apologies to hear you've not had any luck changing your package.
The only time you'd face an error upgrading via My VM is if you had a discount on the account that means a change would then cancel it.
Give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they'll be able to help with this Smiley Happy
