Changing contracts without knowing?

I received an email yesterday changing my contract this has gone up over £40 and I have not been made aware of this!!!

were you on a loyalty discount for a period in the past. that's the only thing i can think of.

Hi Chazgreen, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear your bill has increased. 

 

Our last price rise came in to action in November so you would of seen this on your October, November and December bill. 

 

For an increase to only take place now, I'm inclined to agree with jamesofmerton. It sounds as though a loyalty discount or promotional offer has ended causing the increase. 

 

Give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they'll be able to tell you where the increase has come from. 

 

Keep us posted on how you get on.
