Changed subscription

Hi i changed my subscrition today after i had paid my bill. I took off movies . They have took the movies off my virgin account . Do i pay 1 month in advance ie means do i keep the movies till next payment?

You do pay in advance.  If they have taken it off with immediate effect I would expect you to receive a credit on your next bill.

Did they give you a choice of taking it off immediately or at the end of your billing period ?
