I have recently changed address and signed a new contract electronically. Am I right in thinking I now can not use the online Virgin anywhere website until I get connected at the new address which is 3 weeks away! Or do I need to re sign up for another Virgin media account online?
It depends on how the account move has been done. Did you disconnect your previous account entirely to open a new account at the new property or, has the old account been transferred to the new property?
