Ch4 HD not working

Channel 4 HD is not working on my Tivo box every other channel is fine. I've tried resetting the box numerous times. I have a V+ HD box upstairs which is fine. Any ideas?

I'm sorry that the Channel 4 HD hasn't been working well, I've been testing the TiVo and it's responding well to the tests.

 

I would like to ask what exactly you're seeing when trying to view the channel and if this issue is happening while trying to view On Demand content?

Thank you for getting back to me. The code that's coming up on the 4HD channel is W02. Channel 4's on demand and catch up service are working fine.

Thank you for your message back, I've been trying to find out what's been happening here and would love to know if there is any pixelation at all and on the channel presently is the error code showing? Can you pop me over a picture?

Hi, sorry for the delay in answering. The screen is blank with just the code showing. Also I have now lost the Internet connection to the box so have no catch up service. I have tried a reset a couple of times but it makes no difference. My broadband connection through my super hub is fine.

I've been looking into this and It's very clear to see that you're having some considerable timeouts on the TiVo and also some broadband issues.
