Thank you for your message back, I've been trying to find out what's been happening here and would love to know if there is any pixelation at all and on the channel presently is the error code showing? Can you pop me over a picture?
Hi, sorry for the delay in answering. The screen is blank with just the code showing. Also I have now lost the Internet connection to the box so have no catch up service. I have tried a reset a couple of times but it makes no difference. My broadband connection through my super hub is fine.
