Catch up unavailable for 5 days

Can anyone offer some advice, I have a vbox that since Thursday has been unable to deliver any catchup services.

I have tried a cold boot, and a reset.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you here. 
I'm really sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the Catch Up and On Demand content via your Set top box. This isn't what we like to hear and I'm happy to take a look at things for you.
