I'm a new customer and have been with virgin for 10 days . I came over from a 10 year stint with sky . My on demand and catch up hasn't worked since I have had my installation . I have been told it "might" be fixed today . Doesn't fill me with confidence I'm in a 14 day cancellation period . I guess I'm going back to sky tomorrow .
