Catch up TV

Almost every day now 'Catch up TV is temporarily unavailable'. This usually lasts days - I'm paying for this service, why is it only intermittently available? BS5

Presumably, if it has been happening for some time, you have already contacted VM. What did they say?

 

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).

Well, not 'some time' yet as TiVo box only recently set up. Thought I'd give it a couple of weeks but will be phoning soon!
