Catch-up TV

Can anyone help me with my catch-up TV service.  I keep getting the error message " We are experiencing large demand in your area-please try again later" and " service unavailable".

 

This has been the case for over a week now.

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to learn that you're experiencing problems with your Catch Up service.

 

I am detecting signal problems with your Virgin box so I would like to arrange for one of our engineers to take a closer look so I'm just going to send you a private message which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
