Catch up TV still unavailable!

Not impressed, Catch up TV still unavailable after 2 days of it saying temporarily unavailable. You charge enough for TV services yet this is obviously a recurring problem.

As for trying to get thro to speak to anyone, don't get me started!

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to hear you were without our Catch Up service.

 

I have located your account and I'm seeing some signal issues with the boxes so I would like to arrange for a technician to visit your property so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
