Catch Up TV not being updated

Still no sign of Wednesdays or Thursdays Eastenders on catch up TV.... Why's it take so long to put them on, they're on Iplayer prper on the BBC website the same evening.

Seriously? Are you taking the mickey, Josh?

Your customers have been telling you for months on this forum that BBC content is constantly late/missing from the catch-up service. There are currently several threads about this ongoing issue & the never-ending fault ref F004691261 that is now 10 days old & still not resolved. How can you seriously ask this question?

Your lucky we have had no BBC catch up for nearly two weeks, lost everything we were following on iplayer catch up.

Thanks for coming back to us on this. 

 

Checking the reference number you've posted it seems this fault has been resolved. As a result it was closed on 28th August. 

 

How have things been since then? Have you noticed an improvement?
